Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?

Shift Central uses accounts provided by your workplace. If you don't have an account or forgot your password, ask your manager or scheduling administrator — they manage access for your team.

Why don't I see my schedule?

Your schedule appears after your workplace publishes it. Pull down to refresh, and make sure you have an internet connection. The most recently loaded schedule stays available offline.

How do shift swaps work?

Open a shift and tap Swap to request a trade, or Release to offer it to eligible teammates. Open shifts you can take appear under Swaps — tap Pick up to claim one. You can cancel a pending swap at any time.

How do I change the app language?

Go to Profile → Language. Shift Central supports English, Español, Português (Brasil) and Português (Portugal), with more languages on the way.

How is my data handled?

See our Privacy Policy. We collect only what the app needs to show your schedule, and we never sell your data.
