Central Fox Tecnologia LTDA, registered under CNPJ 66.678.057/0001-52, headquartered at Rua Lineu Jucá 182, Vila União, Fortaleza-CE 60420-090, Brazil, is responsible for processing personal data collected through our digital products and services, including FoxNFe, FoxSites, FoxReply, AionRouter, Xooriq and other Fox ecosystem solutions.

2. Data We Collect

• Registration data: name, email, tax ID (CNPJ/CPF), phone number, address
• Usage data: access logs, platform interactions, WhatsApp Business API message history
• Fiscal data: information required for tax invoice issuance (NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e), provided by the user
• Communication data: messages exchanged via WhatsApp Business Cloud API, stored for support and service history

3. WhatsApp Business API Data Use

Central Fox uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to provide customer service automation. In this context:

• Messages exchanged between end users and our clients are processed in accordance with WhatsApp Business Policy
• We do not store message content beyond what is necessary to provide the contracted service
• End-user data (our clients' customers) is processed under our clients' instruction (data controllers), per data processing agreements
• We do not use conversation data for advertising or AI model training without express consent

4. Legal Basis (LGPD / GDPR)

• Contract performance — to provide contracted services
• Legitimate interest — to improve services and ensure platform security
• Consent — for marketing communications (with opt-out option)
• Legal obligation — to comply with fiscal and regulatory requirements

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with:

• Essential service providers (hosting, payment processing, fiscal APIs)
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — in the context of the WhatsApp Business Cloud API
• Government authorities — for fiscal obligations
• Competent authorities — when required by law

7. Security

8. Data Retention

We retain data for the period necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations (generally 5 years for fiscal data). After contract termination, data is anonymized or deleted.
