Shift Central Terms of Use

Shift Central is operated by Central Fox Tecnologia LTDA, Fortaleza, Brazil ("Central Fox", "we"). By downloading or using Shift Central you agree to these terms.

The service

Shift Central is a workplace scheduling service. It lets a worker see their shifts, swap or pick up shifts, set availability, request time off, submit hours and exchange messages with their workplace. Employers use a separate web portal to publish shifts and manage their team.

Accounts

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to work in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and billing

Shift Central is free to download. Optional paid plans unlock additional features and are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions.

Prices are the same on the App Store and on Google Play. The price shown inside the app always comes from the store and is already converted to your local currency and taxes, so it may differ from the reference amounts above.

• Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time in your store account. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. The current paid period runs to its end.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds follow the policy of the store you bought from. Central Fox cannot issue a refund for a store purchase directly. Contact our support page if you need help with a request.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, do not attempt to access another person's account or workplace data, interfere with or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, use it to harass anyone, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.

Your workplace data

Schedule and shift data belongs to the employer who operates the workplace account. Your employer decides who on their team can see it. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, notify users in the app.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account through the app or by contacting support. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if required by law.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Shift Central is a scheduling tool: it does not determine your wages, hours or employment rights, and it does not replace your employer's records or your local labour law. To the extent permitted by law, Central Fox is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the consumer law that applies to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
